Grievance Redressal System:

According to Professor Bhatt, the grievances of the students shall be addressed by the college at the primary step.

Even after this if the students express the same problems repeatedly, then the expert panel of the members will themselves look into the problem and cater to its solution.

Mr. Bhatt expresses that this web portal is planned to be developed in a similar way to the Prime Minister web portal for grievance redressal for the public, which is known by the name PRAGATI.

Process of filing a concern or problem:

Students of the college will be required to enter the details of their identity cards and log into the web portal. After logging into the web portal, students will be guided to fill in general details after which they can file a problem and report their concerns. As soon as the concern is live on the web portal, the team will be set to solve such issues and concerns of the students.
