It is being said, that, if food is being decorated and then served, hunger becomes more irresistible and Salad is usually used to decorate the food.
In summers, Salads are given much more importance than anything else. With the commencement of summers, every second food joint starts serving Salads in every new possible manner and is counted in every cuisine's menu card, be it in Indian manner or Traditional. On the other hand International Salads are of great demand amongst the Jaipurites. There is even a trend for Multi-coloured Salads these days. Even Dietitians feel that Salad is a very important part of our diet, which can prevent us from falling ill.

Nowadays, SOMTEM Salad which is also known as Green Papaya Salad or Thai Raw Papaya Salad is being served in hotels around the city.


Other than this International vegetable salad (GEDGED), Greek salad, Italian Salad, Capresse, 'Kesar' Salad made up of Roman Latitude is famous all around the city.
It is being found that other than International Salads International veggies are also used like Zucchini, Broccoli, Mushroom, and French Beans.

Hotels around the city have this trend of Multicolour Salad quite a lot popular these days. Even Dietitians think the same that since Multicolour salad looks beautiful it also prevents us from falling ill.
