Jaipur low floor bus route no. AC1 starts from Sanganer, which lies in the outskirts of the Jaipur city towards the south. The buses on this route travel all the way to Kukas, which is home to lots of local colleges and businesses. Kukas is located a few kms away from the Amer Fort, which is a major tourist attraction in the city. This route covers a total distance of 39km approx.

It boards passengers from Sanganer Stadium and Sanganer Thana and then travels to Tonk Phatak via Taron ki Koot and Durgapura. The bus then stops at Lal Kothi, Rambagh, Narayan Singh Circle, Ajmeri Gate and Sanganeri Gate, before crossing the main city area via Badi Chaupad. The bus then moves towards Amer Fort passing through Ramgarh Mod and Jal Mahal. From Amer Fort it travels to its final stop at Kukas.
