Jaipur city is witnessing over all development; be it the building infrastructure, education sector, companies, IT industry, etc. The field of research is also getting encouragement the city and the students or professionals interested in research have more exposure opportunities to look for in the coming times.

Jaipur’s engineering students are not only making it to multinational companies with their talent but are also gaining recognition in the field of research.

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has selected Jaipur’s students based on their project and offered them an internship in the reputed government organisation. This is the first time that 5 students from Jaipur have been selected by ISRO solely on the basis of their project’s quality. These students include:

  1. Rishabh Sharma, 4th year student of Computer Science engineering
  2. Rahul Soni, 4th year student of Electronics & Communication
  3. Roopesh Sharma, Mechanical engineering student
  4. Tarun Ojha, 3rd year student of Computer Science engineering
  5. Amisha Singhal, 3rd year student of Communication

All 5 of them have grabbed a wonderful opportunity. They will be getting such an unbelievably high exposure being at ISRO that only sky would be the limit if they perform well.

Rishabh Sharma, who did a project on artificial intelligence, said he plans to do more such projects. His training at ISRO would start after the 7th Semester at college. Rahul Soni added that they would be given a 6 months training at ISRO and the project they’ll have to work on will only be revealed before them once they reach there. Their selection is based on the selection profile, grades and project as ISRO is tough about its selection process, where it is necessary for you to stand up to the standards for various angles. Student Tarun mentioned that he would be working at ISRO for 2 months. His training would be completed after third year during summer.

All 5 of them believe that the exposure they’ll get at ISRO would be much more than what they could have gained at any MNC. This high exposure is going to take them higher and they’ll be hopefully making the Jaipur city and India very very proud.
