It has been almost decided after discussions at the top level that IPL matches will be held in Jaipur. Yes, there is still doubt about how many matches will be held. According to the information, after the news published in Bhaskar on January 19 titled 'IPL being snatched from Jaipur on the report of a private agency... If the government takes a stand then the matches will be held here', the officials of Rajasthan Royals met Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma. After this, efforts started at the top level to hold IPL in Jaipur itself. A highly placed source in the Rajasthan government said that after several rounds of discussions at various levels, it has been decided that Jaipur will host the IPL matches.

There is also talk of holding more matches in Guwahati

While the BCCI and IPL Governing Council will release the IPL schedule this week, it's also being discussed that Jaipur will host fewer matches this time, while Rajasthan Royals' first four to five matches will be held in Guwahati. This is also being discussed because BCCI Secretary Devjit Saikia, himself from Assam, would like to see more matches played in Guwahati. International matches have even been held in Guwahati, while Jaipur hasn't hosted international matches for quite some time.
