Rajasthan is preserving its cultural heritage and ancient knowledge by emerging as a leading state in the country. Under the Gyan Bharatam Mission, a survey of more than 1.5 million manuscripts has already been completed in the state, which is the highest in the country.

Jaipur International Airport has been awarded the status of a Water Positive Airport. Located in a water-scarce region, the airport has set an example by saving more water than it consumes.

The Municipal Corporation has announced the launch of the ‘Rang De Gulabi’ campaign from May 2. Under this initiative, a target has been set to paint 500 walls across the city in a single day.

The commercial centres and markets of the Pink City will now receive a new identity. A blueprint will be prepared for each market based on its specific needs. Heritage-style entrance gates will be constructed, and attractive name boards will be installed so they are visible from a distance.

To reduce increasing traffic congestion in the city, a 13 km long model traffic corridor will be developed in the first phase from Yadgar to Sanganer Pulia on Tonk Road.
