Over 20 Hotels Booked for 700 Guests

Preparations for Pravasi Rajasthani Diwas, scheduled for 10 December, are underway at full speed to attract investors to the state. The airport, JLN Marg, and Tonk Road have been beautifully decorated. The roads leading to JECC in Sitapura have also been enhanced with colorful floral displays and artistic paintings.

Around 20 five-star hotels between Sitapura and Delhi Road have been booked from 9 to 11 December, making special arrangements to host over 700 guests. Major hotels of the Taj Group have been fully reserved to accommodate renowned business leaders from across the country.

Tour operator Khalid Khan shared that rooms were pre-booked in all major hotels across the city, considering the peak tourist season. Many NRIs arriving for the event will stay in hotels along Delhi Road from 9 to 11 December. Several of them plan to tour Rajasthan on the 11th and visit their ancestral villages.

Tourism expert Kuldeep Singh Chandela informed that a special discussion on investment tourism will take place on 10 December at 2 PM, with state tourism experts and potential investors participating.

Free Entry to Palaces and Forts

To welcome investors, the Archaeology Department has announced free entry to Jaipur’s historic palaces and forts. Many guests are expected to visit Amer Fort, Hawa Mahal, and Nahargarh, and will embark on Rajasthan tours starting on 11 December.

Decorations & Welcome Gate

A vibrant floral installation reading “Padharo Sa Jaipur” has been created as part of the city’s beautification. At the welcome gate built for guests arriving from the airport, the message for Pravasi Rajasthani Diwas has been shaped using greenery. However, due to insufficient lighting, the area remains dim at night, and proper illumination is yet to be installed.
