Biryani. The name itself gives you an appetite for food. Who does not love eating biryani? Giving a rise to your hunger, biryani as delectable and savoury as it looks, is equally complex to cook and involves a ton of skill for being prepped up. Biryani is one of those scrumptious dishes which will forever be rooted in every biryani lovers’ heart how much ever do times change, country modernizes and culture and things change.

The love for biryani can be seen in the way people display it. People are ready to fulfill any favour and do any work when in return they get to taste the delicious biryani. An IAS (Indian Administrative Service) officer recently took up a project in Kozhikode to clean up a lake that was extremely dirty. Spread in 14 acres of land, the lake was highly difficult to be cleaned. Mr. Prashant Nayar, the Indian Administrative Service officer promised biryani in return to all the people who were involved in cleaning the lake. The promise was made on one hand and the lake was cleaned on the other. Such is a magic that biryani weaves.

Unlimited Kebabs and Biryani food festival for the Jaipurites:

To spread the love and cheer of biryani amongst the city residents of Jaipur, a food festival is being structured at Hotel Marriott. The food festival named ‘Unlimited Kebabs and Biryani’ will smell of aromatic authentic Hyderabadi and Lucknowi biryani and 6 variations of kebabs. What’s being experimented with the dishes is that vegetables like tomato and chilly are being utilised to prepare the ornamental Indian dish halwa. This is strongly believed to become a new favourite amongst the guests.

Unlimited Kebabs and Biryani dates:

The ‘Unlimited Kebabs and Biryani’ commenced from August 26, 2016 and will conclude on September 30, 2016.
Hotel Marriott is set to serve the menu and the dishes in a set of two. The recipes and the dishes will be changed every second day by the kitchen staff.

Nadru Ke Kebab:

Nadru, which is the stem of the lotus flower, is highly rich in iron. In the ‘Unlimited Kebabs and Biryani’ food festival, guests will get a chance to taste the delicious Nadru Ke Kebab. This is made by washing it under cold water and by marinating it afterwards. After being marinated, this is cooked on the tawa.
