The bus running on route no. 55 starts from Sitapura area. It stops by at Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, followed by Pratap Plaza, Goshala and Sanganer Thana in Sanganer and Taron ki Koot. It then moves to JLN Marg to reach Durgapura and then to Gatta (also known as Gatte wale Baba) via Gopalpura Mod. From there the bus travels further to stop by at Tonk Phatak, Rambagh, SMS Hospital, Ajmeri Gate to reach Panch Batti on MI Road. It then boards passengers from Government Hostel before heading towards the city’s main railway station, Jaipur Junction through Chandpol. From the Junction, the bus on this route travels to Collectorate in Bani Park and later stops by at Chinkara Canteen, which is located in the Military Cantonment area of Jhotwara. The bus crosses Panipech and Ambabari before passing through Vidhyadhar Nagar and then finally reaching the Road No. 14 of VKI area (also called Vishwakarma Industrial Area).
